Seltzer AI ("Seltzer AI," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered Google Ads management services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit seltzerai.com (the "Site") or engage our services. By using our Site or services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us or request an audit, we collect details you share, such as your name, email address, business name, and information about your advertising.
- Advertising account data. When you engage our services and authorize access, we access data from your Google Ads account or accounts through the Google Ads API, including campaign, keyword, search term, ad, performance, and conversion data. We access this only for accounts you authorize.
- Site usage information. We may collect basic, non-identifying technical information about how visitors use the Site, to keep it working and improve it.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and deliver our advertising management services; to analyze and optimize the Google Ads accounts we manage on your behalf; to communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and audit requests; and to operate, maintain, and improve our Site and services.
4. Google user data and the Google Ads API
When we manage a client's Google Ads account, we access that account's data through the Google Ads API, with the client's authorization. We use this data solely to provide and improve advertising management services for that client. We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and do not use it for any purpose unrelated to managing the client's account. Our access to and use of Google Ads data comply with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate our business and who are bound to protect it; when required by law or to protect our legal rights; or with your direction or consent.
6. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to credentials and account data and storing sensitive credentials securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
